Does anyone have the parts information for an old Allied Healthcare headwall outlet discontinued by AHPI about 2 – 3 years after they were introduced?

These outlets fit over three different back bodies of oxygen, medical air and vacuum. The front plates have two latch tabs that release the primary from the secondary assembly.

The bushings are in need of replacement.

The hospital does not have any information and Allied Healthcare does not support these outlets.

Any information you can share would be appreciated.
