    Will TJC grant a grace period for periodic testing or PMs related to the COVID-19 pandemic?

    A hospital can complete and get approved a 1135 waiver to indicate what can not be completed and why.  Everything must be documented in detail, and they need to ensure the systems are safe.  Testing/maintenance must be completed as soon as possible once the disaster status is lifted federally.  Credit Ken Gregory for this info ... he spoke with DNV, TJC, and CMS yesterday.

    So is everyone still working? In KY they are calling for all non essential company's to stay home. We are still getting calls from our clients to perform Medical Gas work and especially Environmental and airflow testing at their facilities. 


    This while thing is a mess.
