Well, at first look I was okay, but  then came the second review. No, I am not happy for the following two reasons.

    1. Chapter 5, Section 5.1.11.3 (one would hardly say OXY is the name or chemical symbol for the life support gas "oxygen" (i.e., O2), but that is not really what is causing my heartburn, it is number 2 below.
    2. Having a group of live active outlets and inlets installed, and then at the same time, a group of blank, not in-service units, that are labeled and identified as medical gas and vacuum.

    It's just plain bad form.

Just think, you get on an airplane, look into the cockpit and see a row of controls - some with on/off buttons that state "wheels up," and some labeled as "On" and "Off"!

Do you know the brand of headwall ?

You never want to put in an outlet/inlet above the patient's head.

Can that blank outlet/inlet be removed and covered with just a blank plate?

Name was listed in the picture:

    Nexxspan™ Healthcare, LLC
    270 Scientific Drive, Suite #14
    Norcross, GA  30092

But, I think that Chris was looking for a certification answer of either "yes" or "no". I am still with "no".

I think he has to just note it in his report but I do not approve of it either.

We had a customer asking us where to buy extra parts.

The unit had no manufacturer info on it.

We didn't even know where to begin.

I didn't even want to try to take it apart to size up the parts.

With my luck something would be cross threaded.

So, I started testing today and found these.  Note that even the air and vac are mis-labeled.
