Check valve identification

Found a defective check valve on an EOSC line. Installed in late 80's or early 90's. Hadn't seen one like this before but I bet one of you has. Looking for repair parts as it looks rebuildable.

EOSC is branded Ohmeda. Tried Beacon but they could not ID.

Do any of you have any idea where I might be able to get parts for these?

    Thanks!

You’re better off replacing it with LOKRING

I saw one like that a few years ago, Don't know who made it. The purge ports look like the ones in your picture, they had rubber o-ring seal and should never have been installed.  Have you checked those?  I agree the best thing to do is just replace it.
