• Exhibitor – $900.00
  Exhibitor registration includes exhibit space for two booth representatives. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $250.00.
• Member – $250.00
  To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
• Member Plus CMGV® Examination Fee – $375.00
  To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization and you intend to take the CMGV® Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier examination. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
• Non-Member – $275.00
  If you are not a current paid member of the organization, please register as a non-member.
• Pre-Paid Exhibitor
  Pre-paid exhibitors include booth space for two booth representatives. You qualify as a pre-paid exhibitor if you have paid your 2015 membership dues in the amount of $900.00. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $250.00. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the pre-paid exhibitor rate.
