Registration

  • Exhibitor registration includes exhibit space for two booth representatives. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $250.00.
  • To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
  • To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization and you intend to take the CMGV® Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier examination. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
  • If you are not a current paid member of the organization, please register as a non-member.
  • Pre-paid exhibitors include booth space for two booth representatives. You qualify as a pre-paid exhibitor if you have paid your 2019 membership dues in the amount of $900.00. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $250.00. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the pre-paid exhibitor rate.

Join us for the 18th Annual Medical Gas Educational Conference. This conference is open to anyone interested in learning more about the medical gas industry, medical gas equipment, medical gas verification, and medical gas safety standards. The meeting will be held September 30 - October 2, 2019, at the Flamingo Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Hotel reservations should be booked directly with the hotel. Negotiated room rates are available for September 29 - October 2, 2019, at $89.00 per night. A daily resort fee of $35.00 per room, per night, plus the current occupancy room tax will be added to this rate.The hotel has reserved a block of rooms for meeting attendees at this rate until September 6, 2019. The Flamingo Las Vegas is located at 3555 Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas, Nevada. In order to receive the group rate, guests must make their reservation on or before the cut-off date of September 6, 2019. Reservations can be made through the hotel's reservation center at (888) 373-9855 or online at https://book.passkey.com/go/SFMGP9. When calling the hotel, please be sure that you reference group code SFMGP9, and be aware that the hotel charges a processing fee of $15.00 for reservations that are made outside of the dedicated weblink listed above.

 

The 2018 MGPHO Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier (CMGV®) exam will be offered at this meeting. You must register in advance for the exam. The fee for the exam is $125.00. You must be an active, current member of MGPHO and hold a current ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Systems Verifier credential in order to sit for the CMGV® exam. if you are planning to take the exam, please choose the registration option titled, "Member Plus CMGV® Examination Fee."


Members of the organization should log in to the site before completing the online registration form to ensure that they qualify for registration at member rates.
