Between the EOSC on the outside of the Facility and Check Valve Inside the Facility.

There is the required 75 psig Relief Valve. This relief valve most always has a Threaded Fitting.

To the best of my knowledge, Section # 5.1.10.8 Threaded Fittings does not address this scenario.
