Join us for the 25th Annual Medical Gas Educational Conference.
This conference is open to anyone interested in learning more about the medical gas industry, medical gas equipment, medical gas verification, and medical gas safety standards.
The meeting will be held on October 6-8, 2026, at The Paris in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Paris Hotel 
Hotel reservations should be booked directly with the hotel.

The negotiated rate for this hotel is $205.00 per night including taxes and fees ($159 room rate, $51 resort fee, 13.38% Tax)
The cut-off date to make your reservation at the negotiated rate is September 12, 2026.
Please remember that MGPHO is contracted to fill a set amount of hotel rooms. If we do not fill the rooms they are billed to the organization so it is very important to book through the link on the conference registration page if possible.
Tuesday the 6th will be the BOD meeting. There are no education session Tuesday afternoon. All sessions will be held Wednesday and Thursday.

The MGPHO Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier (CMGV®) exam for new CMGV® candidates will be offered at this meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 (Time TBD). You must register in advance to attend the meeting, and you must also be registered in advance to take the exam. You must be an active, current member of MGPHO and hold a current ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Systems Verifier credential in order to sit for the CMGV® exam. If you are planning to take the exam, you will need to both purchase the exam on the home page as well as register to attend the conference.
The 2024 MGPHO Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier (CRFA®) exam for new CRFA® candidates will be offered at this meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026 (Time TBD). You must register in advance to attend the meeting, and you must also be registered in advance to take the exam. You must be an active, current member of MGPHO and hold a current ASSE 6010, 6020, 6030, 6040 or 6060 Medical Gas Credential in order to sit for the CRFA® exam. If you are planning to take the exam, you will need to both purchase the exam on the home page as well as register to attend the conference.
Please note that the date and time for the CMGV® and CRFA® are subject to change based on the final agenda.
MGPHO 2026 corporate members must register for your tabletop display separately from your membership dues. Tabletop display registration must be completed prior to August 31, 2026. You must be logged into your account and current with your 2026 dues to get the discounted tabletop rate. Tabletop exhibitors include two attendees who must be listed on the registration form. Additional attendees may be added at the member rate.
After September 1, 2026, all remaining exhibit space will be released for purchase by any company that is not a 2026 MGPHO corporate member and the corporate discounted tabletop will no longer be available.
Members of the organization should log in to the site before completing the online registration form to ensure that they qualify for registration at member rates.
All attendees, including spouses, must register at the full meeting rate if attending any meeting event, including breaks, lunch, educational sessions or the vendor hospitality event.
