Regarding alarms, would it be correct that the required alarms would be the same as a LQ x LQ or LQ x HP manifold if so arranged?

As 5.1.3.5.13.4 reads the (1) Liquid by Liquid Micro Bulk source shall have a reserve high pressure cylinder header between the Primary/Secondary headers and upstream of the dual final line regulator assembly.

The Liquid by High Pressure Micro Bulk source may (2) or may not (3) have the reserve high pressure cylinder header listed above.

So, the emergency reserve in use alarm may or may not be present on the master alarm panel.
