Does anyone know where, in writing, NFPA states the frequency for continuous education programs that include periodic review of safety guidelines and usage requirements for medical gases and their cylinders.

Clear as mud. Let's begin with Chapter 11, Section Number .5, which states an annual requirement for the bulk cryo system. For the rest of the medical gases, its seems to be based on the risk associated with the handling of the equipment.

Okay, that's what I found in 15 minutes, we need help from others!

Don - nowhere that I know of.  NFPA has really not ventured into this minefield at all.
