    Anybody know what type outlet this is or the manufacturer, they have been blanked off and now the facility wants to put them back in service and I have no idea what make or model it is.

    At a quick glance it looks like an Oxyquip by Allied, however the pin index isn't drilled out.

    Ok turns out its a MedStar 07 Series Rough In you can do a conversion to Allied using part # 1227-C 02 1427-C N20 1527-C MA 1327-C Vac
