Add a new paragraph after 15.4.2.4.2.

Indoor Locations for dental manifolds of any size shall be vented to the outdoors in compliance with 9.3.6.5.

Currently there is no requirement for ventilation for systems with less than 3000 cu ft of gas.  The relief valves on a dental manifold are not made to allow piping the gas outdoors.  They dump in the closet inside the dental office.  Ventilation of the room is the only way to remove it.

I believe this is both a fire safety issue and provides for protection of personnel in the office space.  If the goal of 15.4.2.4.1 was to avoid building the room with 1 hour fire walls and 3/4 hour door, then this proposal will still allow for that.
