• Exhibitor – $1,300.00
  Exhibitor registration includes exhibit space for two booth representatives. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $350.00.
• Keynote Speaker Sponsorship – $1,500.00

• Member – $350.00
  To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
• Member Plus CMGV® Examination Fee – $475.00
  To qualify for this rate, you must be a current paid member of the organization and you intend to take the CMGV® Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier examination. You must register in advance to attend the meeting and take the exam. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the member rate.
  
  The CMGV renewal exam will be administered at the Embassy Suites in Tempe, Arizona on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
• Non-Member – $500.00
  If you are not a current paid member of the organization, please register as a non-member.
• Pre-Paid Exhibitor
  Pre-paid exhibitors include booth space for two booth representatives. You qualify as a pre-paid exhibitor if you have paid your 2023 membership dues in the amount of $1,300.00. Additional booth representatives should register separately at the member rate of $350.00. You will need to log in to complete your registration at the pre-paid exhibitor rate.
