A $2.00 occupancy tax per night and 16.20% room tax per night will be charged in addition to the room rate. The cut-off date to make your reservation at the negotiated rate is September 14, 2025.

The 2024 MGPHO Credentialed Medical Gas Verifier (CMGV®) exam for new CMGV® candidates will be offered at this meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 (Time TBD). You must register in advance to attend the meeting, and you must also be registered in advance to take the exam. You must be an active, current member of MGPHO and hold a current ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Systems Verifier credential in order to sit for the CMGV® exam. If you are planning to take the exam, please choose the registration option titled, "Member Plus CMGV® Examination Fee."

MGPHO 2025 corporate members must register as prepaid exhibitors. Prepaid exhibitors include two attendees who must be listed on the registration form. Additional attendees may be added at the member rate. Prepaid exhibitors will be given first consideration when registering for exhibit space. After September 1, 2025, all remaining exhibit space will be released for purchase by any company that is not a 2025 MGPHO corporate member.
Members of the organization should log in to the site before completing the online registration form to ensure that they qualify for registration at member rates.
All attendees, including spouses, must register at the full meeting rate if attending any meeting event, including breakfast, lunch, educational sessions or the vendor hospitality event.
